FlexiDesk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Memberships and Payments

Membership Options: FlexiDesk offers various membership plans, including hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices. Memberships are billed in accordance with the plan you select.

Payments: Membership fees and any other charges must be paid promptly in accordance with the terms outlined in your membership agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of your access to our services.

Cancellations: You may cancel your membership by providing written notice in accordance with the cancellation terms of your membership plan. Please refer to your specific plan for details.

3. Use of the Space

Access: FlexiDesk members have access to the co-working space during designated hours, depending on their membership level. 24/7 access is available for select membership tiers.

Professional Conduct: FlexiDesk is a shared workspace designed to promote a professional and collaborative atmosphere. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Prohibited Activities: FlexiDesk does not permit any unlawful, offensive, or disruptive behaviour on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, damage to property, and the use of illegal substances.

4. Meeting Rooms and Facilities

Booking: Members can book meeting rooms via our booking system. Please ensure bookings are made in advance and cancellations are communicated promptly.

Damage: Any damages to FlexiDesk property caused by a member or their guest will be the responsibility of the member to repair or cover the costs.

5. Wi-Fi and Technology Use

FlexiDesk provides high-speed internet access for members, which is to be used responsibly. Members are prohibited from engaging in any illegal online activities or attempting to bypass security measures. FlexiDesk will not be held liable for any interruptions to internet services or data breaches that occur as a result of using our services.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information while you use FlexiDesk services.

7. Liability

Personal Property: FlexiDesk is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the co-working space. Members are encouraged to keep their belongings secure.

Use of Services: FlexiDesk provides co-working spaces and amenities "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability or quality of services. We are not liable for any business or financial losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination of Membership

FlexiDesk reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice if a member violates these Terms of Use or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the FlexiDesk community. Upon termination, access to the co-working space and services will be immediately revoked.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms of Use shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland, Australia.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
